hey if u got this major problem of dandruff... n the shampoo which has been prescribed by the doc, nt wrking 4 u.. so do one thing.. use some harbal shampoos n whn ever u will get time in the evening... thn do massag in ur hairs with coconet oil n lemon mix mixer.. it will surely help u... otherwise wash ur hairs with curd... n dont use hot water to wash ur hairs... if u r washing ur hairs with cold water thn continue this.. cz dandruff is the symptom by washing ur hairs with hot water.. n dont forget to massag ur hairs before sleep...I got major dandruff prob%26amp; Nizral (a medicated shampoo) prescribed by the Doc nt working4me.any alternatives?
I work in a beauty shop and we was told to tell people that you can take Listerine mouth wash put in a sprat bottle with a little water and spray on your scalp. I find most people are not messaging the shampoo into the scalp long enough. That's what breaks up the dandruff.
first don't use chemicalize soap or shampoo
