Does anyone ever use medicated shampoos and notice a great deal of hair comes out after shampooing? I don't know if its normal, i could be allergic to an ingredient. But i did the left side of my scalp yesterday and about 70 hairs came out from that one part?Medicated shampoos?
you may be allergic to it, i suggest you stop using it...
or you could ask your doctor for advice on the medicated shampoo your using and maybe he/she could give you a better product thats compatible with your scalpMedicated shampoos?
i am a hairstylist so i know that you can not lose hair from a shampoo, it has to be something else but losing 70 to 100 hairs a day is perfectly normal so i wouldnt stress over it , the only way you would be able to tell if you had an allergic raction from the shampoo is itching or burning ok? good luck
Be VERY carefull. I suggest speaking to a doctor or consult your local chemist and asking for some advice.
Best to keep off the product also. Avoid using it until you speak to a trained medical advisor.
It's possible that you could be allergic to something in the shampoo.. You should go see a dermatologist to see if they can help you.. My husbands scalp gets so dry that it bleeds. The only thing that helped him was going to the dr. and getting a prescription for a shampoo with a high tar level.. It stinks really really bad but it worked great for him.
